The past research mostly focused on glass polishing, polishing machine, polishing materials selection and polishing powder physical properties of process conditions and process parameters, and considering the factors of small glass polishing effect, especially the different chemical properties of various brands of optical glass display in polishing, chemical properties of all kinds of polishing solution and the relation between them in the polishing process, often overlooked by most people.
Based on long-term practice, the understanding of polishing mechanism, we tend to explain the comprehensive theory, that is, the polishing process is the combination of physical and chemical action, both of them exist in the whole process of polishing. Optical glass polishing is a very complicated process, the influence factors are very complicated.
